PCOS (now PMOS) can be made worse by growth hormone secretagogs and straight HGH. Perhaps everyone else knew this, but I haven’t read folks talking about it and I was unaware. I wonder if that’s related to peptide spaces being very male dominated. It’s not a side effect or byproduct. The main action of growth hormone secretagogs (Tesamorelin, sermorelin, ipamorelin, CJC1295, etc) is the harmful part. PCOS already an elevated IGF1 and further increase worsens the insulin resistance, acne, cycle irregularities, and metabolic damage we are already fighting to improve.

I wasn't aware of that either. I've been taking GLP-1s for 2 years but have been wanting to learn more about other peptides, but am also worried about things that could end up being worse for me since I have PCOS. I was thinking about trying GHK-Cu for hair/skin but was wondering if it would increase hirsutism. My electolysis bill is high enough 😅
