Supplier applications

Supplier and other commercial permissions are never granted during registration. Contact the administration for review before advertising, promotion, solicitation, or other commercial activity.

Before applying, read the commercial content policy and Vendor program and standards. Approval does not make a supplier recommended, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by glp1chat.

How to apply

Register a normal forum account and confirm its email address. Then contact the administration using either of the options below.

Sign in after registration if you prefer to contact the administrator by direct message.

What to include

  • Your forum username.
  • The business or brand name you represent.
  • Your relationship to the business, such as owner, employee, or authorized representative.
  • A short description of the products or services, the regions served, and how you want to participate in the forum.
  • An official website, company-domain email address, or another reasonable verification reference, if available.
  • The customer-support channel you will monitor and the type of forum content you expect to post.

Do not send passwords, payment information, customer records, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Review and approval

Staff will review identity and representation signals, the proposed activity, prior conduct, and the forum's current capacity. Approval is discretionary and limited to the named brand, accounts, and permitted areas. If approved, an Admin will assign the appropriate Vendor access. Until then, the account may participate as a normal member but must not claim to be an approved Vendor or promote a commercial interest.

Two Vendor access types

  • Marketplace Vendor: one approved account may maintain one brand thread in Marketplace Vendors and use the permitted promotion schedule.
  • Dedicated Vendor: the brand receives its own Vendor forum. Staff may mark multiple approved accounts as that brand's Official Representatives; those accounts may start threads and reply inside their assigned forum.

Both types may respond to reviews in Vendor Reviews. Access type never changes the independence of member reviews or moderation.

After approval

Use only approved accounts and areas, keep disclosures and business information current, and follow the Vendor program and standards. Approval can be restricted, suspended, or withdrawn when conduct, ownership, representatives, products, or risk materially change.
