Always feel super cold, not sure why/how to fix it. possible side effect?

In my case it wasn't more than 3 months. My SW:102kg CW:73kg. Lost 29kg in 39 weeks. Don't have cold anymore and I also don't sweat like before with excess temperatures. It is not common having cold more than a year. I thought may be another issue. I also did not claim. But only suggested that. May differ from person to person.
 
Thank you for posting this. I started reta a few weeks ago and I keep turning off the a/c every time it clicks on. Literally was starting to think there's something wrong with my thermostat because I feel fine, just cold. Now I'm saving money on groceries AND power bill. Not mad about that 🤷‍♀️

You have helped my mental health. I thought I was getting old or sick. But indeed it has started when I switched to reta. I have not had this issue on Tirz. before. Another reason not go beyond the 4.5mg I am taking now is dysesthesia kicks in above that.
 
You can definitely get more sensitive to cold from weight loss or long term low calorie intake as your metabolic rate drops and the loss of fat as insulation, but 5 weeks seems way too early for those effects.

I wonder if it is not a version of the allodynia / dysasthesia side effect from reta. I get a few different versions of it, but one is my arms feel cold and a bit hypersensitive, so I might need to put on a jumper even if I am not otherwise cold. Reta can also increase sympathetic nervous system activity so might reduce skin blood flow making you feel cold.
 
So after my pinch with retra..I get extremely hot. I'm using 0,5 mg. No jokes.

With my first tirz dose, I got really cold but none is experiencing extremely hot with retra After pinching?

Pinching means shot? 0.5 seems awful low to get any side effects.
