I've been using KPV for a while now, and one thing I've noticed is a huge improvement in my acne. My skin is much calmer and I'm no longer getting any (cystic) breakouts after struggling with acne for years. I honestly didn't expect such a noticeable difference in such a short time.

I'm curious what everyone else's experience has been with KPV, since I don't see it being discussed very often. Has anyone else noticed any other (unexpected) benefits? Also, do you cycle KPV, or do you stay on it continuously? I'd love to hear how others are using it and what results you've seen.

I’m using KPV as part of KLOW. I didn’t start with individual peps but with KLOW for the synergistic effects so I don’t know what to attribute to what. But I don’t care either. My lower back and hip don’t hurt near as much as could it be BPC157 or maybe TB500 or could be KPV. I don’t really care since I’m mostly pain free. 🙂. On another note, my wife mentioned that my skin looked better.

I started kpv less than two months ago after reading about it here, there's a recent thread that's pretty inspirational. I have some irritation that flares up on my chest, it's barely noticeable but it bothers me so I was hoping that kpv could help with it. It hasn't helped at all 😭 I was at the derm Friday and she even did a scraping and is stumped, I'm picking up a prescription ointment tomorrow to try. But how it actually has helped was completely unexpected! Before, I woke up stiff every morning and would have to move around and stretch a bit before going down stairs. Now I just get up and go right down with no problems at all! It's like my knees and other joints are 20 years younger. I was already on tirz for a few months before and I started the kpv alone so I know it's that, I felt the change almost right away.

I'm a KPV fan. Been using a year+. Where skin is concerned specifically, 30+ year old severe scars from a MC accident are no longer dark in color. Dark eye circles, pretty much gone. KPV has done much more for me as well, documented in other posts.

How much are you guys taking ??

I've got it - yet to start it. I have osteoarthritis in my left hip - knees & right hand- been using 2mg of 157/500 per day- it helps - but I'm hoping for better.

I usually take 500 mcg, and if I notice more inflammation, I'll increase it to 1 mg. I'd recommend starting with 250–500 mcg and seeing how your body responds.😊

I'm taking .5 mg daily. I have mild arthritis in my hips and shoulder, but none in my knees (confirmed with x-rays). I don't even feel it in my hips and I still have full range of motion in my shoulder. I don't notice any difference in those areas since starting the KPV.

Between 1 and 2mg a day, as part of a diy klow or beauty blend stack in the morning, and again in the evening, with another dose of wolverine if I'm currently running that.

For me, usually 250mcg on average 1x daily. My hx of KPV pins anywhere from 250mcg- 1mg.

I cycle by preference only when vial is done.

My protocol during my KPV cycle is 1x daily, 5 days on, 2 off.
