Changing schedule is my new hobby

Are you looking better though? I haven't lost any weight in the last 8 weeks and was going to switch up my schedule. However I continue to look better in the mirror. I stopped worrying about what the scale says and started paying attention to body comp.

My 3 year old says I have big muscles so there's that too ya know! 😂

People around me says so but I don't see it as clear myself. I can see on my face that I've lost weight and when my girlfriend send me pictures of me with little to no clothes on from last year I see a big difference. I can see veins popping on my hands and arms which I like.

My unprofessional 2 cents worth is you need to achieve a steady state...any steady state...first before you decide what to try next. You're bouncing all over the place. Believe me, I get the frustration and temptation to make changes on the fly when you're stuck, but it's just not a good strategy. There's a reason the general counsel is to wait until you're seeing something that needs to be addressed for at least 4 weeks before taking an action. As an example, I JUST added Cag a week ago to try to address a sure enough stall, after 1 week it killed appetite but no weight loss? OMG, panic mode! But cag takes at least a month to achieve a steady state in your system, so tamp down the panic and wait it out.

I'd suggest deciding on SOMETHING, like maybe 6 day rotation of Tirz since you have it around, and wait a month or MORE to see what it's actually doing for you.

Steady wins the race….

It’s easy to set a protocol schedule with one of the many apps out there. You’ll never know what’s doing what if you can’t look at an accurate history
