Endo-205 anywhere?

I can't find the sequence anywhere, only announcements and promises.

According to the NIH, the funding round has just ended, and the first Phase 1 study will end on March 31, 2027.

It's still better to have at least one study than just promises. If anyone has references for a study, please share.
 
Just saw an article today about fda approving this for research on humans. Got super excited for my wife as endo is brutal for her. Keep us updated if you find a source. I haven’t been able to.
 
We got Reta loooong before public availability (still waiting on that to happen even now). I don’t know where Elora is in its approval process, but there is barely one vendor with it yet and not looking like it’ll be cheap anytime soon. Would be nice to see Endo 205 available sooner rather than later for a wider testing audience.

I wouldn't count on it anytime soon. Unfortunately, there are more overweight people than those with endometriosis. The market is greater for weight loss peptides and that's a driving factor. It may come some day, but my guess is it'll be a niche peptide and not readily available.

There are peptides for all sorts of things besides weight loss and this pep is actively being worked on now. With an estimated 190 million women affected, I’d say there is plenty of bang for the buck. Plus, much like GLP1s, this probably wouldn’t be a cure, but instead an ongoing treatment, which is something Big Pharma loves.

Sorry for not being more clear. I know there are peptides for more than just weight loss. I was responding to a post specifically citing grey availability of reta and elora, thus that was the basis for my comparison. Will pharma develop this further if they can find a profit in it; likely. Will it become easily available in the grey market; less likely.

If you look at current grey peps, most are more general in their purposes. Longevity, weight loss, repair, skin care, etc. There aren't many for a specific condition. If it's found that it helps other things in addition to its original purpose (on the lines of tesa which was developed for hiv patients but found a broader use case) then it's more likely to hit grey.

Again, I'm specifically talking about grey availability and this is just my opinion based on what I see currently. I'd be happy to be wrong.
