I have gone through a few different types of filters and I keep ending up with clogs, nothing wants to push through after a small amount reluctantly makes it. Ive watched several videos.. Im letting it sit for 15-20 mins after recon. I cant see why this would keep happening unless all the filters ive tried just suck. I just ordered biologix to see if that solves it, but id like to see if anyone else has input on this. Im using 13mm 0.22um. Only 1ml bac total, in this case with tesa. Unfortunately this time it was clogged and trying to sort it out, I ended up losing 3/4 of a vial and that stuffs not cheap!

Various unbranded PES 13mm 0.22um

And yes vent in the destination vial. I thought maybe my vent and transfer needles were too small, but I filled the syringe with water and a larger needle, tried to squirt into the sink.. Nothing

You've already tried both of the things that I did to fix my problems (bigger filter and bigger transfer needle).

My guess since you couldn't filter water is that you have hydrophobic filters instead of hydrophilic.

Can you share pictures of your supplies?

This specific filter is on amazon under “Cobetter” its hydrophilic. I have tried various others from amazon and other websites, sometimes they are fine, sometimes no flow. Im hoping the biologix are the key
