How long from the time that you order and pay until shipped?

I ordered reta from what seems to be a reputable source. The contact said it could take up to a month from the time I ordered until it's actually shipped. Is that reasonable?.
 
Not from my experience. If it was at the very beginning of the Spring Festival, maybe. If it was something that they didn't have in stock, maybe. If it was in stock and you ordered before the Spring Festival, then that's a little alarming. They usually ship within a few days of your order. Travel time and customs are another matter, that could take awhile, but not getting it out the door.
 
I bought over the weekend, shipped last night. The label was created on Sunday, but due to the US holiday on Monday, things got backed up by a day.

Longest I have experienced was five business days coming from China
 
My first (and most recent) order from China was 12 days from order to delivery. Though for GLP1's amo/binh/bff is not only the best price but you are going to get your order in 3-4 days.
 
My orders from CN have taken 16-21 days, depending on customs and port of entry. The vendors I use are on holiday and won't start shipping until 2/23 at the earliest and 3/1 at the latest.

Man, I wish he had more "offerings".
 
My recent shipment (into CH) was quoted 7-9 days and it arrived on day 8 - today. In general I am very happy with response times, time to tracking number and delivery speed.
 
Based in US. I placed my order on Saturday. Received a tracking number on Saturday night, and was told it typically takes 5 days, but 14 days would be the max. Product hasn’t moved yet according to label, I’ll contact them again if it isn’t in transit by end of week.
 
I placed a CH order just before the new year in a "get it before we stop shipping" sale. So, 18 days no movement, after contacting them, I got more promises....
 
I'm based in the US. I contacted a vendor directly, placed the order on Sunday, received tracking on Monday and the package arrived on Wednesday.
