Hi everyone, 43 year old male, looking forward to learning more about this interesting field.

I can discuss cyber security, business, finance, Brazilian JiuJitsu, history, conspiracy theory, and (some) standup comedy.

Hit me up if you are experienced in peptides and would like to adopt a beginner

I am sad that I stopped doing Jiu Jitsu. It was one of the fittest times of my life, despite being about 50 (and female) when I started. I had no idea this martial art was so complex, so varied, and so fun. To this day I have never experienced anything so completely exhausting as struggling on the floor with another human! So fun. I'm new here too, but I guess I can say "welcome!"

Jiu Jitsu is the best and cheapest form of therapy, it's never too late to get back on the mats! I hope you can find the motivation and overcome whatever caused you to stop training.

Daily training and the usual stress of life caused me chronic shoulder and neck pain, yesterday I had my first every shot of BPC157 and TB500 and I don't know if it is just placebo effect or it is that incredibly amazing but I felt better the same day. I joined this forum to learn more about peptides and to share my own experience with the community.

I stopped because my left hip went south and I ended up getting a total hip replacement. By the time that was all done and I felt like getting back to exercise a few years had passed, and I was sure I had forgotten all the BJJ I ever learned (which probably was not true). The other difficulty is being a 50-something female in a BJJ class. You can't imagine how horrified the average 22 year old male is to be rolling with someone older than his mom. They just don't want to choke you for real. So there was that awkwardness to overcome as well. I think by now (I was training around 2012-2014) there may be more women's classes. There was no such thing at my school. Well, maybe someday.
