Hi everyone,

I've been reading the forum for a while and I'm impressed by the amount of knowledge here.

I'm a 30-ish yo guy from Italy. I've always been fairly active, but after changing job and moving to another city, I fell out of my routine (including my training and sport) and let my diet slip hard. Mostly due to work (hectic hours, night shifts...) I completely changed my usual diet, ended up snacking uhealthy or processed food throughout the day and putting on more weight than I expected. I am sure it's a common story here, and I there is no miracle substance that gives you time, willpower or instantly a perfect healthy body; and I already fixed my diet and I've been loosing a few kgs in the past months, but if there is something more to do to get back on track why not safely implement it?

Anyway, as you can guess, at the moment I'm mostly interested in reta, also because there seem to be additional benefits -- but I'd like to understand as much as possible before trying anything. I'm also curious about a few peptides for recovery, although I don't see becoming them part of my long-term routine.

Looking forward to learning from everyone here. Thank you!

Ciao

I am learning there are ones that are good to add alongside reta as aside from losing weight, some help to lose visceral fat. Reta can also impact sleep for some people as the doses increase or it can cause fatigue - again there is a peptide to help there.

All of the above to just say it is worth getting to learn about the various peptides 😉

Absolutely!

Regarding Reta the additional benefits that interests me the most are the reductions in triglycerides (by up to 35%), decreases in non-HDL cholesterol, and improvements on blood pressure. I also read a study on sleep apnea, in which a positive effect was noted in the group taking Reta, altought it might be linked to fat/visceral fat loss..

But yeah, I am discovering and learning new things every day and this place is a great hub of knowledge on other peptides as well!
