Hello from the U.K!

Glad to be here, there’s an overwhelming amount of information available that I’m sure I’ll be digging through for a while

Been on MJ previously and was buying it retail, hopefully moving onto Reta and Glow mix.

Still unsure if I want pens or separate but I think people seem to prefer separate?

I’m sure I’ll find out the pros and cons
 
Any other UK people here? I see a lot of US and a few AUS

I’m around the Birmingham area, wonder if there’s many of us here
 
Check out the continental cafe section, lots of us about 😎. I use a pen and fill cartridges as I am used to the kwikpen and as I filter after recon it’s no more difficult. Plus it’s easier to explain away if someone pokes around in my fridge. Plenty of info here, use the search function if you can’t see the wood for the trees. Good luck.

Will have to check it out for sure.

I saw the pens/cartridge's, would probably make me more comfortable with it as I was used to the whole MJ style.

I think I’ve figured out dosing and how to do the math now from poking around here. Just need to make my mind up on when to start 🙂

Welcome! I’m near Cov, work in Brum.

Started Reta six weeks ago and looking at GLOW/KLOW but probably going to start Witt GHK-CU only rather than a blend so I can add things slowly and work out what they do, if anything.

Yeah starting with one is honestly probably best, see if any of them disagree with you maybe.

Then once you know you’re ok with them do a blend for simplicity. How you feeling on Reta? Starting on a 0.5 dose or?

Hi and welcome from another UK newbie MJ user. I'm maintaing and hope to be able to switch to over to gray because of the cost. So much info on here, I could read for years. I am trying to get my head around crypto at the moment.

Good luck with it all.

Had one dose at 1mg and then went straight to 2mg the next week. Moved to 4mg this week and it’s good so far but heartburn is horrendous. Waiting on my first order from a vendor but the plan is GHK-cu daily and then maybe introduce CJC-1295 later. Have you had any peptides before or you going straight to GLOW?

First time using peptides, was on MJ before and the heartburn was horrid. Always had a pack of rennies on me or some pepto in the draw 🤣

Gonna try go straight for glow, seems all round beneficial to support Reta and a good gym routine honestly
