Figured I'd introduce myself since that's the rule around here. My wife and I have been on quite the journey over the last year.

I was diagnosed as prediabetic, and like a lot of people, we tried doing things the old-fashioned way first—cleaning up our diet, hitting the gym consistently, and staying disciplined. We both lost some weight initially, but eventually we hit a wall where no matter what we changed, the scale barely moved.

My wife decided to give tirzepatide a try, and eventually transitioned to retatrutide. I was honestly pretty skeptical and held out for about 2–3 months. I wasn't against people using it—I just wasn't convinced it was for me. Then I watched her absolutely crush it while I was putting in the same effort and seeing little to no progress.

Eventually I decided to take the leap myself, and I'm really glad I did. I'm down 15 pounds in about a month and a half, and it's honestly been life-changing.

Like many people, GLP-1s opened the door to a whole new world for me. I've spent countless hours researching peptides, amino science, and trying to understand how all of this works. It's crazy how something this impactful can be completely off your radar until you experience it yourself.

We've also added the KLOW blend into our routine, and one unexpected benefit for me has been significantly less hip pain. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both hips when I was only 22, so that improvement has been huge.

As for why I'm joining the forum, I have two goals:

1. To keep learning. There's always more to understand, and I enjoy hearing real-world experiences from people who have been down this road.

2. To meet some like-minded people. Besides my wife, I don't really have many people to talk to about this. I moved to her hometown about two years ago and haven't made many lasting friendships yet. Small-town living, I guess! So I'm looking forward to being part of a community that shares similar interests.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning from all of you!

Small town and fairly new to this journey as well. So glad I found an answer to some of my medical issues and sure wish I’d looked into this years ago for my auto immune issues and inflammation. It’s nice that your wife is on this path with you. My husband is skeptical and just looking from afar but he’s doing cancer treatments which can cause issues with a lot of meds.

Truly they are quite miraculous to say the least. What have you tried so far and what have been your experiences? At this time me and the lady are doing Klow and Reta found taking them on the same day at the same time seemed to alleviate any stomach issue the days following shot day. I know people do daily with Klow we've gotten to twice a week and seem to feel the effects pretty well.

Im so sorry to hear of your husbands fight. I truly wish him the best and all the strength he needs to persevere. Hopefully with in time he will be able to accompany you on the peptide journey. Some of the stuff is not far from a miracle fix, at least my personal experience.

Our next addition will be ss-31 to prime ourselves to start taking nad+ possibly mot-c as well. Still need to research a bit more. Thanks to this lovely forum we should be able to do just that.

Right now I’m doing Tirz, ss-31, klow, and Ara. The klow and Ara has done wonders for my neurological issues. Tirz has been working on my inflammation, cjc/ioa and SS-31 is working on my mitochondria repair. I plan on implementing Nad+ and mots-c towards the beginning of next month.

Sounds like a beautiful stack i know i need to branch out a bit more. After much searching ive been able to navigate a bit better hopefully open some doors to a whole new world😆. Ill have to research Ara a bit more. Started going through and search each name to understand a bit more about each. Extremely happy for your progress i can only imagine the amount of western medicine that has been suggested to attempt to "fix" issues.
