Hi everyone! I’m so excited to join you all in this journey of getting healthy and hitting our goals!!

I’m someone who’s struggled with staying healthy my whole life and now that my brain has finally developed (hit a quarter of a century earlier this year 🪙) I really want to commit to creating the habits and decisions that I want to maintain throughout my whole life!

Found out about this amazing forum through Reddit (I know I know lol) but am so glad to see so many people here who have the same goals and also have the willingness to support one another!

Goal is to get in reta as I was previously on semaglutide before it got cool + extremely overpriced. When I was on sema, I was using trial pens from a friend of mine and I was able to go from 178 down to 145 pounds + with roofer diet and exercise. Sema really helped me get rid of my food noise, also helped with energy levels + focus and overall joint pain. Haven’t been on it now since 2024, and was able to maintain 148-152 pounds until late last year. I work in healthcare in the ER and when I graduated my grad program was spoiled with great shifts; I’m now on nights where I haven’t been able to maintain my routine / have been eating nothing but junk. In short I’m now back at 167 pounds.

Goal weight is no 140 pounds, I’m 5’6, younger female. Goal lifestyle is to commit to getting back in the gym weightlifting 4 days a week and hitting minimum 12k steps a day. Also going to attempt yoga 3x a month.

If anyone has any tips for newcomers attempting to try something new I’d graciously appreciate it!!! Will update yall once I purchase / where things go :3

also. How often is everyone testing what they buy? Peptide lab testing seems pretty expensive from what I’ve seen so far 😅
