Hello! I am a "middle aged" 🤮 woman in perimenopause with PCOS/PMOS which prompted me to start microdosing T to lose a few lbs due to some insulin resistance/hormonal stuff. I dabbled some with some other peps in compound pharmacies which lead me to this point! Happy to be here and having begun my own research in this world. Looking forward to continue to gain more knowledge and experiences from others along the way.

Hello NOLA from and old Dville Ex Resident. My Aunt was from Westwego. I date myself as I used to make groceries with her at Schwegmann's when I was younger (LOL). Good luck on your journey. Now if you could just send me some shoe soles

Welcome to the rabbit hole! I'm in the premenopause stage myself along with some constant inflammation that I am researching how to tackle. Hopefully we can find what we need; there is a lot of good info here.

yes the last few years after I turned 40, I finally got diagnosed witth multiple correct health condition diagnoses, after a lifetime of being gaslit and mis diagnosed. Perimenopause has a way of bringing this more to light! I finally said enough is enough and am tired of the pis poor management of my healthcare by my history of doctors. Wild!

T as in Testosterone or Tirzepatide?

I apologize if this is a stupid question.

I will have to check that out! I read that Kisspeptin can help stabilize natural estrogen production and thus balancing out hot flashes, which I'm scared of because I also have autonomic nervous system dysfunction 😩 so I want to look into that more and consider it. NOLA is def a magical place.. but I think more so to visit than to live LOL

Lived worked and still visit, but I had to go north just a little bit. It's still a great place to live and be close to everything if you understand everything that goes with it. Never moving too far away though. The food is the reason I need Tirzepatide to keep from absolutely eating Poboys all the time!
