Good Morning Everyone!!

Hello from the Nation's oldest city (St Augustine, FL). I'm an old school nurse that practiced when we had some freedom for critical thinking and trust from our physicians and administrators. I switched over to Med Tech sales over 15 years ago, I maintain my license and reminisce about the "good old days", while I have a much better standard of living I do miss feeling the impact of working in critical care each day. Over the years I've picked up wisdom and about 70 lbs, goal here is to gain some more wisdom and lose the LBs. My wife started on GLP-1s over a year ago and has found some success but the process through our insurance company is a nightmare and fortunately I don't have any co-morbidities so no approvals for me. I've been lurking in the forums for a while and spending time on Reddit as well as some medical forums and have decided, once I gain some more insight, I'd like to start on Ret as early trials seem to show some clinical impact not just on weight but muscle sparing and decreased inflammation. Lilly currently has a Ret trial specifically for obesity with knee pain and I missed the window, hence my interest here. Happy to meet everyone, looking forward to learning as I go, and happy to help anyone with any of the knowledge I have picked up along the way!

Hello from an ER nightshifter! I started my peptide journey with tirzepatide and now have incorporated retatrutide into the weight loss journey. Small beginner doses for both spaced 5 days apart has me consistently losing 1-2 lbs a week. I found my biggest relief for joint pain came from using Klow peptide blend. Good luck on your journey!

Hey thanks, and appreciate the info. I haven't ordered or started anything yet, still doing my research and want to ensure I understand how to get something that has been properly tested and vetted. How long you been working nights? I was lucky only did about 3 years of nights before I moved to 11a-11p in the PACU.

I'm married to an ER nurse (swing shift), and we are both on white label Zepbound since she has good union insurance. It's a real challenge to keep up with her health due to the working conditions. It's like everything healthy is on hold on days when she works.
