INTRO Reta 5 weeks in

Just started my 5th week. Down 8.1lbs, but started at 0.5 for the first 2 weeks, then to 1.0 for the next 2 weeks. Now on 2.0. Plan to go to 3.0, instead of 4.0 next week if no bad side effects this week

Same here. Started at 2mg a week split dosing, went to 3mg the 4th week. I pin again this Wednesday and Saturday.

Currently on month 3 pinning every Sunday and wednesday up to 4mg between the 2 doses. Stalled so far. We will see after I go up next month

I am increasing to 4mg my next dose (2 x 2mg). In the trials they went from 2mg to 4mg after 4 weeks, so going to give that a try. If I get the side effects, I'll go back down to 3mg.
