Anybody have this happen and or have any ideas what happened? I mixes it with 2ml Hospira bac water and it was clear and looked great. Put it in the refrigerator and when I went back a few days later it looked like this it was laying on its side is. I have let it sit out overnight and no change. The cyrstalls seam to be hard and don't move the water is clear...?
