3rd month on Reta 1-4Mg every 6th day now. Also on Wolverine stack 3rd week.

High BP, borderline high Chloesterol, high liver enzymes (visceral fat?) Long Term fatigue. Sleep tracks ok but very low deep sleep numbers.

Last Bloodwork done May 1st prior to RETA stack. Next round November. Dexa scan next week or so.

Here will be my stack: Any feedback or thoughts would be welcome. NAD will be nasal as want a few less pokes.

I like it. I used that same stack. I'm 42m so it should work better for you than it did for me. I would recommend the mots-c and nad+ in the morning, before you eat and workout. Then eat. And the ss31 in the evening, several hours after you last meal.

I injected nad+, and it works great for me. I know nothing about intranasal. Post back and let us how how it goes.

Why SS-31 at night? I’m new to this and learning, have been thinking of starting something similar.

Make sure you have an epi pen on hand. Mots-c is known to cause anaphylaxis. It worked fine for me for almost a full kit, took a break and when I tried it again I had to stop researching it. Good luck.

Hmm. I do not remember why. I just did some reading on resources that i often use, they mostly suggest ss31 in the morning. I use it in the evening and it worked great for me. Some people say it keeps then awake if used in the pm. Tomarrow when I'm at my desk, I will look thru my notes and see what's there.

Awesome thank you !

I just completed the 14 week mitochondrial enhancement protocol, yesterday was my last day.

Not much to report, I don't feel too much different except for stamina and didn't do any kind of labs other than my usual annual stuff with my doctor, and not much change there either.

The one thing I did notice was the first week with NAD+ only, I could mow my lawn without feeling like dying. It's been very hot out, I'm old and overweight (also on Reta)

My lawn is huge, takes about an hour to mow everything, and with a heavy mower and broken self-propelled function in 90°f heat (sometimes.)

Now I can go without taking a break, even in the extremes.

I'm at least going to continue the NAD+, but might repeat this next year because I bought enough to do it a second time.

I guess it was a good thing, but was it just the NAD+ that did it for me?

I have not heard of using NAD+ nasally. If you don't like the extra pins, you can get oral NAD precursors like NR and NMN that will raise your NAD+ levels as well.

I ran this exact same protocol. I loved it. As a matter of fact I’m a run it again here soon. I was surprised how much energy SS31 gave me

I had a friend have this same reaction after taking a break from sermorlin.

When I ran this, I did all of them in the morning. I also titrated up with Mots-c to determine my reaction. As said above, some people react to it. I started at 1mg, 2mg, 3mg, the first week on MWF. I'd have rather not found out I was allergic at 5 mg. It turned out fine and I still use it.
