What course (education) did you take that was beneficial?

Kicking around the "last time offered" course from Jay Campbell. Has anyone taken his course(s)? Thoughts? Also love the Dr. Seeds stuff. Would love to hear how y'all are learning.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. It was tough. Drove me nuts and it took ages. But it was soooo worth it.
