I need to get it checked again but wasn't very high last time I had it checked. The doctor i had at the wanted me at 1200 calories because she couldn't figure out why I wasn't loosing weight. Im curvy and most of my weight is hips and thighs.

1200 shouldn't be too bad as long as it's short term and you're eating enough protein. I'm doing an aggressive cut at 1200 right now and just hit 13.6% BF in about 1.5 months.

It's do able but only in short term. In May I am doing a 1400 a day for a month and go from a 100 carbs to 50 a day. Let's see if that works.

I'm going to go against the grain and recommend that you get bloodwork done before considering adding anything else, with focus on your hormone levels, thyroid, and also any common deficiencies. Considering your age, HRT could do a lot more than what you get from peptides. Men always say that reta + test + hgh is the god stack. For women, e/p/t is the goddess stack if you're >40.

What is e/p/t stack?

I am still morbidly obese after 1 year of GLP-1, only losing 60 pounds. Which is ridiculous. My loss rate is 2 pounds/month, maybe! I am post menopause and only slightly hypothyroid.

Sema for a few months, then Tirz for 6 months, Reta for three months--NOTHING is moving the scale.

But I have a shit-ton of other benefits, so I'll never stop, but damn.

60lbs is still a huge accomplishment.

EPT - estradiol, progesterone, testosterone. Those and tiny doses of two thyroid rx’s (levothyroxine and liothyronine) made all the difference for my wife’s sleep, mood, and overall quality of life.

Um, your math is bad somewhere. 60lbs!yr is 5 lbs/month, or about 1lb/week which is a great long term weight loss rate. If you've stalled out for more than a month that's one thing, but if this is still steady progress just keep it up!

So I need some advice on what to start next.

I'm looking at a number of peptides and yes, I know it's all about what goal is. Considering I'm 40 female with weight loss beingmy top priority. I want to know what everyone feels is important to have in their rotation.

I am currently on Reta 4 milligrams considering going up due to weight not moving. I've always struggled with my weight no matter how healthy I am.

I am also on 5 amino 1mq, mots ss31 bpc TA1 and selank.

I am considering aod9604, ghk cu, kpv, L carnatine, epitalan, and NAD. Before I drop more cash I would appreciate some suggestions on what to wait on and or skip. If there's something I should consider please let me know.

Increasing my dose made me stop eating entirely, making nausea and food taste different entirely as well as the temperature sensitivity- I only got up to 6mg before I couldnt take it anymore - even drinking water was a chore. I came back to 2mg and added motsc and ara290, and my plateau finally broke. I only get the chills every so often and I can eat and drink again. It may be because I was taking 5mg of motsc every other day.

I have a touch of hypoglycemia, so fasting for long periods is not an option. Add to that you lose muscle mass with that behavior. I am ok with a slow loss as long as it goes. Food still tastes a bit strange, as if I can taste the funky shit they put in it. Its nice to be in control.

Have you considered a sauna or other heat therapy that induces sweating to pull junk out of your pores? It forces a reset each time you cool off.

I had the exact same reaction upon titrating up to a 6mg dosage. There was an almost complete loss of interest in eating, and it was even a struggle to drink much water. The side effect of nausea crept in as well as orthostatic hypotension, where I felt like I was going to pass out when I stood up suddenly. It definitely felt like that higher dose had quickly taken control of me in a negative way. That total lack of interest in eating felt so bizarre and unsettling.
