what's the best energy drink to fight GLP fatigue?

What are your typical meals like? Early on I was making the mistake of cutting out too much carbs from my diet. Once I set up a solid meal prep plan, the fatigue went away. Also, the weight loss improved after dialing in what I was eating. A simple meal tracker like MyFitness Pal app goes a long way.

I don't believe that adding faux energy to be a positive/good idea. I liked the "water" suggestions because the other stuff just prevents your body from making changes by masking your lethargy with caffeine or whathaveyou. You are STILL "poopy"...as you put it. You just have added an outside source of "energy". Get rest and eat healthy.

This too shall pass. 🫡

YMMV

Fatigue is real.

However ensure that your nutrition is as good as it can be, sleep, stress management and exercise are robust.

Once those are in check, consider reviewing your doses. Then if no luck, dose up on caffeine 😂

But, seriously no supplements or caffeine will fix the underlying issue.

Electrolytes and protein shakes. I realized my fatigue was actually deficiencies from low calories and protein and slight dehydration. I actually don't drink nearly as much coffee anymore now that my first cup includes a scoop of protein powder instead of creamer with 25g protein and amino acids. Hope that helps!
