3 Months on GHK-Cu – My Progress So Far

I've personally been using a homemade serum with 1 gram of GHKCU in 64 ML of the ordinary HA.

It's been 2 weeks and I honestly don't really see a difference.

Topical Cu serum is slow acting and the changes are subtle.

I am giving myself 3 months. Also running pinned Cu (& have been since February).

I’ve bought my tret and azelaic acid from IND with zero complaints. I get it faster than my glps 😂. I think there are better products to use than the ordinary HA. From what I’ve read, 1garm is used in 100ml and you have to mix it sterile water before adding it to your beauty product. I haven’t tried it but I have tried snap8 in already mixed products bought in GB. First week, I would buy again because the packaging is the best 😂

I am going to get on ghkcu in Sept and run it after my current cycle of stuff im on so to start fresh without soo many other stuff but, seeing as everyone is in consensus of 3 mth as marker for change. Look forward to seeing what happens

Thats too weak of a concentration. Try at least 1g per 30ml.

I've done three 8 week cycles of ghkcu (added kpv the last cycle), with a 4 week break in between. I've noticed that my hair became significantly thicker with little to no breakage (after losing a lot of hair due to hormonal imbalances). I'm not sure if this can be attributed to ghkcu alone, since I also lost a lot of weight / started to eat healthier.

I did however notice a very big difference in my skin; I struggled with cystic acne and it's completely gone.

I read it isn't super common but the copper makes some people's skn saggy and "uglier" than prior to use.

I was thinking it was something like this
