I started this journey in March at 316 lbs., and I’m already down 53 lbs.! That’s an average of 2.8 lbs. per week. These medicines are amazing!

I started switching to Reta about eight weeks ago, mainly out of FOMO because of what I was reading. Tirz was working fine for me, although at 7.5 mg, I was experiencing some GI issues. During the time I had both in my system, the fat-burning and appetite suppression were amazing. I can see why some people would want to stack the two. Now that the Tirz is completely out of my system, I definitely feel a little hungrier at times, but it’s still not what I would consider "food noise". Personally, I’m pleased with the way I feel on Reta. So far, I’m taking 8 mg per week, split into two 4 mg doses on Thursday and Sunday, with no side effects at this level. I basically replaced 1.5 mg of Tirz with Reta each week until I was only taking Reta. Around the same time, I started my father on Tirz, so I guess it’s going to work out well. He can work through my Tirz stash, and I’ll work through the Reta. I’ll need to start looking into ordering again soon, though, since I only ordered one kit in the beginning to experiment with. Now I realize I’ll be sticking with this for a while!

Since March, I’ve also added GHK-Cu, NAD+, and MT1. The MT1 is definitely working. I have a nice little base tan after spending only short amounts of time in the sun. I’ve never been able to tan! Normally, the only two colors I can achieve are red and white again! 😂 I’m going to the Caribbean in September, so it will be nice to show off the weight loss and my new golden color!

NAD+ does seem to give me a little boost, but then again, it could just be that I feel better now that I’m not carrying around an extra 53 lbs. Either way, I paid for it, so I’m going to use it. Once it’s gone, I guess I’ll know whether it was actually the NAD+.

From what I’ve read about GHK-Cu, I haven’t been taking it long enough to really see the benefits yet, but we’ll see!

At 46, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to weight loss. However, with the assistance of these medicines, I truly feel that this time will be successful and lasting! I’m so thankful that I found this community to learn from. I’ve learned so much from reading this forum, and I hope I’ll be able to pass along what I’ve learned to someone in need in the future!

Interesting your not seeing much from the ghkcu - but your only 46 -your skin is probably in good shape - collagen production is probably good- so this might not be really beneficial for you - I've read it's good for older people -like me - whose skin is not like it was 20 years ago - I've just started it this week - we will see.

In regards to the nad - I've read that using ss31 for a while first enhances the nad energy boost - but again I've read that nad is great for people who are older- and your mid age - so it may not give you the boost you want. You might consider motc if your lifting or working out in the gym - also slu-pp-332 or 915 I've heard is very powerful -but again for either of these you need to be using ss31 for 2 or 3 weeks prior.

The reta -I'm on that too...what can I say- miracle stuff !

53 lb wow ! you gotta be happy about things ! Congrats !

Glad to hear your pep journey is fruitful !

I’ve looked into SLU but have been held back by the reconstitution issues I keep reading about people having. I’ve also been considering an SS-31 run. I recently joined a buy that has it, so maybe I’ll go ahead and pull the trigger on that. I’ve also been reading up on 5-Amino recently, but I’m getting mixed feelings about it. There’s so much out there and so many options. I almost feel like I’m building out a character in a video game. 🤣 It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and I don’t mind taking my time to learn first. I mean, I read up on GLPs for months before finally deciding to start.

Yes - I'm looking at slu-pp-915 -similar but advanced to 332 - and also dihexa- both reconstitute with dmso - peg and tween - difficult - worth it - ???? Dihexa is very potent - but maybe dangerous - yea I understand about the character in a vid game...

This is absolutely some of the information I have been looking for as I started compound Sema, went to peptide Tirz and have been doing my research on Reta. My biggest question has been why would I switch to Reta if Tirz is working. I haven’t had any side effect to Tirz which was great coming from Sema. I was just always wondering the difference between Tirz and Reta so thank you for that!

I’m so in the same boat. Tirz is working but I’m so interested in Reta. Apparently it burns fat more effectively. Idk

My wife has been on Tirz since October and got to highest dose and about 2 months ago we added Reta for the glucagon effects. Has been working well. A lot of people combine both.

Any issues with combining both? Side effects? If you don’t mind me asking what does your dosages look like?

Congrats on the weight loss. From my own research I’ve found tirz has a lot more appetite suppressant then Reta. I recently just made the switch from tirz to Reta and love it as well. Regarding SS31. Not sure if you did any partying back in the day like I have but for a lot of people in there 40s and older need to reset their mitochondria first. What I did is I ran ss31 for 20 straight days. I began running it with nad+ and I would only run nad+ 3 days a week, again ss31 everyday. I got energy from SS31. After the 20 days I ran mots c and love love my mots c. I now run mots c, nad+ and 5 amino pinned same morning 3 times a week and it’s become my favorite triple morning stack. So if nad doesn’t do much I would recommend ss31. You can run a cycle 2-3 times a year from what I’ve found. Also from what I’ve read is ghkcu usually take weeks to really notice a difference. I wish I could run it but it leaves welts and big red marks on me. I’m like I thought this was suppose to help my skin not leave marble size welts that itch crazy. My point is it may take some time but being consistent with it and results will eventually show. Good luck in your journey

My honest opinion is why fix something that isn’t broken. If you have a lot of weight to still lose, stick with tirz. When you get down to that last 20-30lbs that when Reta comes in to help get rid of that stubborn belly fat. Also tesamorelin is a favorite to help with visceral fat

Outstanding system. Sounds like you have found the sweet spot. Appreciate your info. I have a friend who wants to switch from TIRZ to RETA. Sounds like a solid way of doing that.

I'm currently taking 8 mg of tirz x2 at weekly and should be getting Reta in next couple of days. How did you start the Reta was it the 4mg x2 weekly while still reducing Tirz or did you start with a lower dose?

Absolutely partied! That's just what we did! 😂 I have some ss31 on the way, so I'm definitely going to try this reset. I also got really bad and lasting welts with the GHKCu until I started taking my pins in the rear, no more welts or pain after that

I basically replaced 1.5 mg of Tirz with a = amount of Reta once a week until it was all Reta. Appetite suppression was definitely better with the Tirz, so keep that in mind if you decide to switch!

I will be starting my combination of Reta and Tirz todayyyyy, I'm excited and I will come by and let you guys know how it goes. My Tirz is working and I'm a curious one as well, so I decided to see how combining both will work for me. I started at 223 lbs and I weigh in at 196 lbs about an hour ago. I want to get to my sweet spot of 165 lbs and then I will just do the maintenance.

I was with you until you said your suppressed appetite was better with Tirz so why the change? or was it the Viceral fat you're working on now?

To be completely honest, it was FOMO. I kept reading that it was better. There really wasn’t any logical reason for me to switch. I had purchased a kit of Reta, and every week it just sat there staring back at me, whispering, “Inject me!” So eventually, I did.

In the beginning, I did seem to lose a little faster on Reta, but after a couple of weeks, things leveled out. Now I’m losing around 1.5–2 lbs a week, pretty much the same as I was on Tirz.

It’s not like I’m ravenous all the time now; I’m just not as indifferent to food as I was on Tirz. Did I need to switch? Probably not. But here I am! I figure I can always go back to Tirz in the future if I decide I want to. If I knew then what I know now, would I still switch? Probably, but just because of my curious nature! I've started my father on my Tirz stash so its not going to waste.

It makes total sense, people may also wonder why i've decided to mix mine and it's because i want to explore all options. Tirz has worked so well for me that on my Bday July 25th, I didn't eat anything special I can't explain it but my brain was like whatever lol so i just went with the flow. If i'm understanding what you're saying, you know Tirz worked and it's there but you want to explore other venues. Well at least that's my reason. Thanks for sharing. I feel a certain control i never felt before in my life when i dieted.
