Not a lady but...
Have you considered switching to injectable estradiol valerate/cypionate? For dryness and local tissue use, you can also use a cream.
Herahrt.com and symphonylabs.cc both carry injectable estrogen vials, though Hera is out of stock right now. A vial will last around four months before going bad, I want to say dose is on the order of 1-3mg per week, given once or twice weekly.
The vials are easily sourced in bulk from India as well, along with progesterone pills.
You can order your own bloodwork in the US from DirtCheapLabs or GoobLabs and track ultrasensitive e2, progesterone, and any markers you like for cheap.
For local tissues, you can use this:
Bi-Est Cream
Bi-Est Cream is a unique estrogen combination (80/20 blend of estriol/estradiol) that is formulated for optimal symptom relief of menopausal symptoms (like hot flashes and night sweats), supports bone health and may benefit urinary tract health.

And of course some menopausal women get conned into taking a testosterone containing pellet, which is usually overdosed, or creams, which are inconsistent. If you want to do TRT/HRT, the most straightforward way is to use the injectables.
Test cypionate, like you might get from primalpharma.org, can even be injected SubQ. You can find women discussing dosages and lab testing by using the search function and reading the resouces on reddit.com/r/trt_females
