Any more info on the SPB Epithalon 10mg Endotoxin situation?

There have been a few posts on the SPB Telegram group of 2 independent test that had a range of Endotoxins far outside acceptable ranges. The batch that was tested according to a statement by SPB was the following:

SJ26-1-01

They are offering free replacements or refunds. They also have stopped selling this batch. In any case, I saw a post about this a few days ago but I couldn't find it again but I think it's important in case someone has this batch.

Any other bad batches with other vendors found? Just wonder which other vendors may be affected. I haven’t seen anything yet, but I could have missed something
