When I started my weight loss journey, I thought I’d just keep track of my weight and that was it.

Somehow it turned into tracking everything 😂 My measurements, goals, little milestones, and all the random notes I wanted to remember.

I originally got my NIIMBOT M2 for labeling my medication, but I ended up using it for my weight loss journal too. I started labeling sections like meal ideas, progress notes, and monthly goals so I can find things faster.

It’s such a small thing, but having everything organized makes the whole process feel a little easier.

Anyone else like keeping track of the little wins?

Absolutely!

I kept track of each calorie, recipe, weigh in, and more.

There are some really cool apps some use, I just did a spreadsheet.

I figured if I was injecting stuff in me, I was going to make every effort to be successful at my goals. I do believe it helped!

Same here! Tracking the little wins really does make a difference 😊

Only the dose amounts, recon dates/amounts, test results and weight on one spreadsheet, and another for inventory

That’s a great way to keep everything organized!

Not at all. I have results from the jump. I love progress.

I was tracking things at first. Now I just look in the mirror and see if I'm still fat. Since I am, I gotta keep up my program. Maybe fix my shoddy exercise game.

I don't even know what month I started lossing wieght... probably because I didn't think I was actually going to do it this time. Lost 10 lbs the traditional way, gave up on that. hen switched to carnivore. Lost 10 more lbs quickly and easily. Now this I can do. Then discovered reta. Nervous about needles, decided to start writing stuff down. Got on other peps, documented things for about a month. Now I don't write nothing down. Not my cycles, not my dosing not my wieght. I'm. Putting my efforts into working out instead. No stress, just success.

Someday I'm probably going to regret not having notes though. People ask me questions like how long have youbeen on carnivore. And I guess/estimate.

I started off the opposite , being too horrified and mortified to actually find out how much I weighed by stepping on scales and did not even do that till I had got down to 115kg , 5 months after starting and going on weight loss rates from there was at least 145 to start with. Still only check maybe once every week or 2 to make sure nothing is happening or going down rather than up.

Me, too. With the help of Gemini, my inner nerd is now on full display. Google spreadsheets with cells that display normal blood readings in green, out of range values in red, every dose logged, weight, fat % and a bunch of biometric data all on display, even a dashboard with most important metrics on display and automatically updated, vials all labelled and exact inventory kept on separate sheet, etc. And nobody gives a shit except me, which is perfectly fine.

It has become a total lifestyle change for me. I've gotten a bit obsessed with peptide research, sourcing, buying, shipment tracking, personal inventory, weight loss, diet, exercise, etc... kinda embarrassing to admit all this. I may have developed a disorder.

What your dashboard look like? And you prefer Gemini, I found it made all kinds of assumptions and almost seemed lazy compared to Claude.

I purchased a cheap Amazon 8 point scale and weigh myself daily. It connects to my phone for tracking and provides unlimited interesting numbers. Weighing daily is fascinating watching how the body works. I just had 5 days where there was zero movement. Then 5 straight days of a good loss. I don't take any day too serious. I watch the long term trend graph and am always happy.

I used a "lose it" for years and I loved it as far as tracking food, macros and exercise. I really stepped up my tracking when I got an Inbody scale back in March when I added Mots-c, 5Amino1mq, Ipamorelin and CJC to my stack. Went from 211 lbs and 20% Body fat to 190lbs and 9'6% this morning.
