Hello guys, so a month ago I finished up a 6 week cycle of injectable ghk-cu, had some pretty noticeable results but not really in my face, more in my previously injured leg which is scarred up, it looks 10x better now. Anyways, I just got my hands on some cosmetic grade ghk-cu & I made a 1g/50mL batch & I mixed it with hyaluronic acid serum.

Here's my question for anyone using ghk-cu topically, did you experience a very thin invisible layer being left on your skin once it dried down? It's like a slight tacky finish. A subtle coating you can feel is there but can't really see. But also I noticed a few times some fine line surface areas from the temporary tightening of the skin as well.

Now I was told to mix what I currently have with snap-8 that way it moisturizes better than the hyaluronic acid serum mix can, but I'm lost & need advice on if this is the move to make or not. In your guys's experience did you have any of these side effects or did you change up your formula? Am I using the incorrect formula? Would LOVE any input, thanks!!

I use the Timeless Skincare Pure Hyaluronic Acid serum and I find that both GHK-cu and Snap 8 blend into it seamlessly. I do not like mixing two actives in so I have two separate bottles. I have never noticed any tackiness or anything. I also tend to mix it with a 2% concentration and it works well for me.

I mix 1g into 30ml for my girlfriend. I’d guess the tackiness boils down to the base you’re using.

We use “The Ordinary” brand as a base.

As others have stated, I’d avoid mixing different peptides if possible.

It's more likely your ha serum. Some of them in my experience are too thick and stay tacky.

Fwiw you don't have to cycle ghkcu. You can keep running it indefinitely and see further and lasting improvements

I mix it with snail mucin and a prettystandard moisturizer. It leaves no sort of film or tackiness.

I am planning to mix 1g ghkcu topical powder with my snail mucin toner. I use the Peach Slices brand and like it pretty well. It has a small amount of salcylic acid I think but after looking into it it shouldn't make much of a difference unlike more potent aha/bha formulas. I was also looking at The Ordinary brand ha serum but I've been happy with the snail toner so not sure it's worth adding another product.

it very well could be, I learned my "recipe" from this forum & nobody mentioned adding moisturizer but that seems to be the way to go. Just not sure which moisturizer

Ah, that could be the culprit. See my reply to your DM.

I got some raw ghkcu powder 10g , mixed 3G raw ghkcu into 150ml water with hylauronic acid and for good measure 5 10mg snap 8 been on 4 weeks massive difference facial. Had rosy cheeks from bust blood vessels , 75% disappeared now , more than happy , also doing 1.33mg night ghkcu sq

Okay so question, I was told to also mix snap 8 into my next serum batch, is there a difference between smap8 cosmetic vs injectable like there is with ghk? And who has some in stock if there is a cosmetic version because I'm highly interested
