Started my journey 3 weeks ago using R a, not sure how genuine it is though as im completely new to this and only just found out about it, I know cave lady haha.

I started on .5 mg first week then 1 mg for last 2 weeks on R ta. I haven't lost anything. Food intake has gone down a little bit. Just not sure if I'm doing things right etc.

I currently weigh 99kgs and I wanna get down to 60kg, 162cm tall. Have an apple shape so my back does get sore and my feet as I had previous injuries with plantar fasciitis.

It'll take a few weeks for the weight loss effects to starting showing up.

How do you feel psychologically on 1mg? Ideally you want to titrate up next to 2mg and then 4mg (4mg is the standard steady dose after titrating up). If you're able to function normally with no side effects at 2mg and then 4mg, you should be good to stay at 4mg until your weight loss journey is done 🙂

Gotcha, if you're feeling tired make sure you're eating carbs! Reta improves glucose control and partitioning of energy from food, so if you want steady energy make sure you're eating carbs from a healthy source (potatoes, honey, fruit) and hopefully that'll bump your mood!

Keep doing your time at the lower dosages and as you safely ramp up the weight will start to drop off. Same advice I gave Mrs Mac earlier today.

Welcome! Probably some peps that could really help with your issues to be honest. Do your research and feel free to join the aussie thread for any local questions - /community-link/thread/12043/
