Have a look at this before you roughly calculate your protein intake according to 1-2gr/kg body weight etc. Taking too much protein is also harmfullrodrom82 said:
Cant blame me for getting some personal experiences with food.
i was planning to keep to clean(what actually clean these days?) foods
Fish, all kinds of meat and some, equal or more of the greens.
trying to make sure i get all nutrients in.
Only thing i'm looking against is trying to consume 130gr proteine daily ( for protecting muscles) eggs, milk, proteine shake (without sugar and low cal), beans and meats/fish.
Especially when you don't feel hunger ....
i'm not worring that much, just trying to get informed and boil out what i feel i can handle.
for my journey, my plan (lets see how easy this going to be) is to not go cold turkey on calorie intake. trying to slightly reduce it to a lvl that is doable.
but you know, "No plan survives contact with the enemy" so i'll see adapt and learn along the way. And you guys to light the way where i find darkspots.
