I have officially lost 25 pounds on Tirzepatide! I got my bloodwork done, my A1C is down to 5.1 from 5.5, and my cholesterol is back to being fine!

I have been working so hard and honestly just wanted to share with people who get it ❤️

5’4” 35f

HW: 238

Started Tirz: 230 (March 9, 2026)

CW: 205

I honestly don’t know what my goal weight is. I have a 132 pounds of lean mass according to the body scanners, and I weight train, run, and do yoga.
 
👏👏👏 very proud of you! You're on the right track it seems. Don't worry about your goal weight, it'll keep changing. Throughout my weight loss journey I had changed my goal weight multiple times. Mini goals for the ultimate goal. Best of luck!
