I’m curious to know if anyone has actually experienced noticeable effects from bioregulators.

Since bioregulators are thought to work differently from conventional peptides, I’m very interested in hearing from those of you who have used them and whether you feel they actually have a noticeable effect or not.

I’m personally considering trying products such as Prostamax and Cartalax, but I’m interested in hearing about experiences with any of the bioregulators.

Please feel free to share your experiences, positive or negative, with those of us who haven’t tried them yet. It would be really interesting to hear what you’ve noticed and whether you feel they made a difference.

I'm very interested in this thread. I plan on trying many bioregulators. Currently I have nothing to offer to the conversation.

I purchased cardiogen and pinealon. Have not used them yet.

I have used both Cartalax and Prostamax, (3 cycles up to now).

My opinion is that they are effective. I will still use them in the future, next cycle will be next month.

I am planning to use both Cardiogen and Vesugen as well..

Can you tell me how much u r taking of the cartalax, I am finding conflicting information on the web. Some are talking about taking 10mg orally, and the same amount subq, which doesn't even begin to make sense, oral dosing is always higher than subq. Seems many of them don't seem to know the difference, and confuse the two half way through their articles. I did a cycle about a month ago, 2mg a day 5 on and 2 off for 10 days subq, not really a full cycle, closer to half from what I've been reading. Do u have a source for your information that u can share with me. I like to read up on these things, but it seems that not many are using this one yet, information is a bit scarce, reliable information that is.

I used 2mg/day for 20 days (2 vials of 20mg) on the 1st cycle, 2nd and 3rd 2mg/d for 10 days.

I injected it near the knees, one day left one day right.

Of these short Russian peptides, Epitalon may be the most likely to do something:

Epitalon is also in Dr. Lee's top three peptides, along with BPC and TA1. And Epitalon has anectocal evidence for sleep. But no Westen human studies for Epitalon, etc.

And "the primary skepticism around Russian bioregulators is whether short peptides can reliably pass into the nucleus and selectively regulate chromatin unwinding and gene expression" (Gemini).

So epithalamin is what have some proof that it works and epitalon has weak evidence.

I wouldn't put it that way:

I've read the Khavinson studies also. He did use Epitalon in several studies. Specifically, in a human clinical trial on patients with retinitis pigmentosa. He wanted to compare the efficacy of 10 mg of Epitalon vs. 10 mg of Epithalamin. The higher dose of Epitalon proved to be more efficacious.

He also did a head to head test comparing the two and these comparative trials established that 10 mg of the synthetic version provided a "therapeutic ceiling" for telomerase activation and chromatin decondensation.

So while he did compare them, this doesn't mean that synthetic Epitalon and Epithalamin are the same strength and he never indicated they were. Epitalon is still much stronger than Epithalamin, which is a soup of peptides, enzymes and amino acids, and 10x is not far off the mark. So both things can be true at the same time: Khavinson used Epitalon in a some of his research studies and Epitalon is still stronger than Epithalamin.

Because epithalamin contains a mixture of polypeptides it is difficult to determine which effects are due solely to epithalon.

Epithalamin and epithalon reportedly increase lifespan in flies, mice and rats (Anisimov et al, 1992; Anisimov et al, 1997; Anisimov et al, 1998; Khavinson et al, 2000b; Anisimov et al, 2003; Vinogradova et al, 2007; Vinogradova et al, 2008). However, none of these results has been replicated by a lab independent of Dr. Khavinson’s group.

Epithalamin stimulates melatonin production in elderly adults with pineal gland dysfunction (Korkushko et al, 2004) as well as old rats (Anisimov et al, 1992). There is conflicting preclinical evidence as to whether the synthetic epithalon has similar actions. Epithalon failed to stimulate melatonin production in rats (Djeridane et al, 2003) but was reported to increase melatonin levels in older primates (Khavinson et al, 2001: abstract only, paper not available). The reasons for this discrepancy are not clear, but may be due to contaminants in the synthetic tetra-peptide preparation or differences in the test animals.

Since epithalamin is a crude polypeptide extract from a bovine gland, its overall safety is still questionable and is likely to be highly dependent on the manufacturing process. Similarly, since epithalon is either isolated or made synthetically, any impurities could pose a safety risk.

I had a whole spreadsheet with prices from them on it comparing them to 6 other vendors, now I can't find his information. Could u tell me? I've been through the vendors list in the forum and checked with telegram, don't know which one is the real Uther. No Idea how I found it the first time.

The wiki says that 100 to 200 mcg a day for 20 to 30 days, is there a reason that ur taking 2mg a day, which seems like quite a jump from the recommendation? It says it's "very potent at low doses".
