I'm thinking starting about starting BPC-157 for knee and lowerback pain.

Should I start with just BPC-157 first to see if its enough, or go straight to stacking it with TB-500?

Just curious what everyone's experience has been.

Also, I don't really hear of many people taking TB-500 by itself—it always seems to be paired with BPC. Is there a reason for that, or is it just become the standard?

Looking to hear what worked for you guys before I decide what route to take.

Stack it. Buy them separately. You can be more precise about dosage

I can see the benefits of both. better effectiveness by taking them separately and better ease of use by taking them as a blend. im wondering if there really is a single right answer or if its dependent on personal situation.

Thanks for the insight,

Yea, I've read blended is a bit tricky.

As for my post, I know that people stack those two together. I've noticed for some peptides, not necessarily BPC, people start with one isolated and then add the second one after seeing, or not seeing, results.

Was curious if people had experiences to share.

Doesn’t matter. You can do either. I’d suggest to do them together start off. Won’t effect anything if you start tb500 after. But def start with BPC first. That’s the main one

I have just started a cycle of BPC-157/TB-500 and I just bought 3 vials enough for one cycle just to try it. If it works good I will buy separate next cycle for sure. I decided to take it because of my knee which is bothering me and also small other aches I get from weight lifting and being old. I just had my second pin so I can't really say anything yet but I do feel like my knee isn't bothering me as much but that could be placebo and wishful thinking. I will write a longer report about this journey when I'm a bit longer in to it.

There's quite a few positive anecdotal reports on BPC alone but not so much on tb4/tb-500 solo.

If cost is a concern then try BPC solo. If it isn't cutting it then consider adding TB in.

If you just want to get the issue resolved ASAP then buy both either in a combo or individually and give that a go.

I personally don't notice much from tb-500.

If you were 'researching' the effectiveness of BPC and TB500, I would say take them one at a time to find out the affects each has on you, and then work up a dosing that works for you...

If you are looking for a relief solution a little faster, I would get Wolverine blend and pair it with some KPV and run them all together...and hope that one or more of the three works for you...

GL... 👍

This is actually a good question! For BPC or stack, do you inject near site?

It has been said that BPC can/may be more effective if pinned near the site, but that TB500 is just as effective if pinned in the usual spots (thigh/abdomen)...I myself don't worry about getting BPC near what for me is back pain, and it seems to 'do what it do'... 👍

I bought the blend because of ease of use.

My lab rats prefer less pins per day.

But yeah, definitely stack both.

Even if they are separate vials, you can mix BPC and TB together.

I buy the Wolverine Blend (BPC/TB) or the Honey Badger Blend (BPC/TB/KPV) and just pin based on the BPC dosing which makes it 1/1/1mg 2x day for an injury.

I'm busy with reconstituting and filling pen cartridges for several lab rats and expect in the future to have even more friendly rats asking me for peps. 😅

Mixing my own blends I'm not comfortable with yet... But it's an option indeed!

Gonna think about it when this kit is almost gone...

It’s not to difficult! I thought the same thing and now just way easier.

Now Ik the exact dosage of what I’m testing. Unlike the stacks. Especially with tb-500. No need to take a small amount everyday
