I have just undergone surgery on my shoulder to repair a torn labrum. While researching ways to support my recovery, I discovered the world of peptides. Specifically BPC-157.

5 days after surgery, I began taking KLOW at night. 5 days after that, I added an additional injection of 500 mcg BPC-157 and BP500 in the morning. For a total of 1mg of both, plus the corresponding amounts of the additional peptides in the KLOW blend.

As I am only 2 weeks past the surgery date, I don't really have any indications of whether or not it is helping in my recovery, but I am hopeful.

I am a 55 y/o male hoping to recover enough to return to my very physical job. I hope to learn lots from this forum!

Right on I dont think you could have found peps at a better time in life. They are quite amazing and progressively getting more popular. Surgery is never a fun route especially I assume torn rotator. Well your definitely in the right place for factual info. Been diving in since joining and already have learned so much more happy strolling and wish you a speedy recovery. Welcome to the space

I had a leg surgery about a year ago and wish I had heard of peptides at that time! Recovery was slow and I just started using BPC157 a couple of months ago and the progress since then has been remarkable. You definitely found peptides at the right time! It does take time and consistency to see results. Wish you the best in healing and welcome to the forum!

That's reassuring. I'm really hoping for a good recovery, but understand that I also have to put the work in with physical therapy, good nutrition, and adequate rest.

My shoulder sucks too. Keep me updated. I tried bpc and tb without much results. If I could get my hands on enough KLOW, I feel that would finally be the winner.

two month or so ago I tore my mcl, not a full tear but my friends suggested I try bpc/tb wolverine blend.I was not even aware of pep till then, I kinda heard people talk about getting on stuff but didn't pay much attention. but the pain on the leg and moving was soo bad then I paid a arm and leg if you will on standard online overpriced pep to try out..OMG..i didn't think it was working till after a week, i could move without any pain and after my cycle of it was over..WOW!!! I started slowing getting into what else out there to help...Also was looking at KLOW for my aging body too for later but researching what would be of benifit for me.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's pretty much impossible for me to know whether it's helping or not as I have no baseline to compare it to, since my surgery was so recent. I want to do everything I can to support my recovery though.
