I have been interested in hormones and peps for a few years now. Currently I am on reta and feel great. I have not lost as much weight as I had hoped but will be dialing in my diet further and continuing to workout. I also wanted to thank the creator/s of this forum for making a place to bring us all together to discuss and ask questions. It must be a thankless job running these things and you should know we appreciate it!

Welcome aboard!! So, may I ask, how long have you been on Retatrutide? It take time for your body to make big changes, so patience is key.

10 months approximately. I have gained muscle and gone down a few inches in the midsection but the scale has stayed the same give or take 5 pounds. In that 10 months I have increased my dosage all the way up to 12mg/w. I thought I would have lost a bit more fat in that time. I am 45y/o male on TRT+ at 270lbs. I have not had very good appetite suppression from reta and have been considering adding in Cag.

Welcome aboard. If you're not really losing weight on reta and you're not noticing less of an appetite the addition of cag could help, but another thing to consider would maybe be switching from reta to tirz. I know a couple people that were similar and not really feeling like they were getting much out of reta and then when they switched to tirz they felt they got better results.

Are you doing resistance training and cardio as well? That definitely plays a part in how effective reta is.
