I’m having a strange issue with a vial—it’s never happened to me before. It looks cloudy right after taking it out of the fridge, but turns clear again at room temperature; what could be causing this?

I wouldnt ever use vendor bac water. I swear they mean bath water and not bac water. Hospira only for me.vale113 said:

It’s virtually impossible to get the Hospira brand in Italy; I’ve used another brand from Amazon, and now I’m using one from sellers. For the future, I’ve found 1ml single-dose vials that come with a Certificate of Analysis—for whatever that’s worth.BNLFL said:

I had thought of something like that too, since I'm using less water—even though it's not the first time I've used 1 ml.faloppi said:
My best guess is it has something to do with the pH of the vial and of your bac. The pH of the bac is good enough for most recon, but something with this vial, your bac is closer to the iso point. I've had bac water that ended up being a little high on pH, and it reconned my tirz fine, but not my CJC because the tirz is more forgiving and has a different charge. If you have cheap pH strips, you could test a bit to see what it shows for that vial. While it wouldn't make a lot of sense because you probably recon with the same amount of bac for each vial, you could try diluting it more to give the peptide more space to dissolve even chilled. You'd obviously have to adjust your unit count accordingly to keep the same dose.

This is the way, especially with unknown pH on your BAC and possibly others experiencing clouding. The max I typically recon is 20mg/ml.vale113 said:

The issue with this vial is that each time it clouds up you get aggregation (clumping of peptide molecules). Some of them won't fully redissolve when you warm it up again. Those clumps aren't very biologically active so you won't get full dose, and they're the sort of thing that can cause immune reactions. Pharma worries about it a lot, and Trizepatide in particular is spec'ed by EL not to exceed 30mg. Reta is more sensitive and harder to dissolve so I'd go lower.
Also, wouldn't really trust AI for this kinda stuff, you'll get gibberish.
