Delivery from China

Anyone else having issues with getting stuff from China lately or it arriving slower than normal? I ordered stuff from one vendor and it disappeared from usps, they sent a reship fed ex and still waiting. Another vendor I ordered from the label was created usps been 10 days and nothing. I haven’t received any customs letters or anything yet. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this I’ve been ordering stuff for two years and this has been my first issue and it’s all happening at once and now.
 
I haven't ordered direct in 9 months. Last I i ordered, it all came very quickly. From what I hear, since CNY it seems all shipments are taking longer.

If it says label created then nothing , they have not sent it yet. It just has the label printed ready to go, but has not been scanned into the system as going anywhere yet. Some sellers are very reliable, others less so , or they might just be busy or have a holiday or they might be waiting for a delivery of one of the things you ordered.

It is probably reasonable to send a message to ask if there is a problem after a week in this situation. Sometimes if using weird bulk shipping and local reshipping options the tracking can show similar info, but usually it means it is not posted yet.

Anything from 1 week to 4 or 5 weeks is pretty normal for the whole process. Usually fed ex or usps are faster options than a lot of the Chinese courier options. If a seller is having repeated issues with postage, you might have to find someone else, but customer service is not really their first priority in general for most vendors.
 
Usually, they arrive in two weeks; I’ve tried two suppliers. With the last one, it’s been two weeks and the shipment hasn't moved.

Once the parcel arrived in Australia it was actually quite fast...the China part took weeks.

And I would imagine more the half the parcels we get here are from China, we love our online shopping here ◡̈
 
Out of 7 orders to Australia from china , most took a bit less than 3 weeks, some about 2 weeks , a few over 3 weeks, and one from uther took 3 days.

Three days! Wow!

Most of my orders from China (not health related) arrive in under two weeks.

I'm lucky my seller is going to use a different method to ship next time so hopefully it'll be a bit faster.
 
I think it’s a usps issue they suck. They finally have it after two weeks. This vendor in the past it has been delivered by some person in a car by goho and it was always here in like 7 days I was amazed sometimes the stuff from China got here quicker via them than by usps in a us warehouse

It is not true for each case mate. One of my vendors gives a tracking number without any tracking results. It stays as label created. Get only one tracking update as delivered after I receive the sending. Usually delivered between 5 to 8 days from China to Belgium. I don't give any shit to tracking as long as I receive my package in a secure way.

I know what it means as a tranporter and is not an issue for me
 
My second ERP order is going through this, first was perfectly normal, arrived quickly, this order from US Warehouse A (Portland, I believe) got a label created then nothing. Been long enough that I'm guessing it wasn't really in stock, now awaiting a China restock. Inquiry got crickets.

I’ve done a handful of ERP US warehouse orders, and only feel good about them when I see the tracking ‘tracking’…

What if realtime tracking makes it unsafe? Getting a tracking number is sufficient enough to prove, if you don't receive it.

I was responding to how a delay in shipping might indicate that the US warehouse is out of stock and the might be sending from CN
