Hello friends. If you want just the facts, science, and no hype concerning peptides, this Youtube channel Bioavailable explains peptides and emerging therapies that may be of interest to you. I hope this is helpful to everyone.

A fairly good university-level presentation. It brings all the information together in one place. It’ll save you from having to search for information scattered across Pep Pedia, blogs, and wikis. It’s not very well structured and certainly not explained in an educational way. Everyone has their own preferred way of learning: give it a try to see if it’s right for you.

Not explained in an educational way? Could you please explain what you mean?

In short:

"A well-structured mind, rather than a well-filled memory."

Simply listing the data, even when specifying the information gained from it, is rarely enough to build knowledge and put it into practice.

This distinction has its origins in part in the teachings of R. Ackoff: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIKW_pyramid

I'm not even going to try to explain it in detail here, because I don't know how to do it in less than two hours, and it's a little off-topic.

A good exercise is to compare how YouTube videos are structured: whether it’s a medical doctor, an academic, a DC or a gym instructor, the information isn’t presented the same way. The usefulness of a peptide, how to use it, methods, or limitations aren’t always included or in a way that is understandable to someone who does not have a college-level degree in science. Some speakers focus more on form, others on content...

You may use the 5 Ws and 1 H to sort through the discourse. What is there and what is missing become obvious.

So, you would prefer that informationional videos be presented in a manner that the lay person can understand?

No, I don't care. It's just that I don't agree with your “excellent.” It's pretty well done, but it's not enough, and there's a lot of information that isn't really useful.

Well, perhaps not useful to you. Just to clarify, I understand that my excellence is not your excellence. And that’s fine .
