Preface:
I’ve had trouble staying asleep my whole life. My parents had to make a rule that I couldn’t leave my bedroom until 6am when I was a toddler. I once woke them up to ask if I could leave because the clock said “five five five”.
I reliably get 5.5-6.5 hrs of sleep every night and I’ve slept 8 hours only a handful of time each year. I have no problem falling asleep which is what every supplement seems geared to helping with.
So a few nights ago I decided to load up a syringe with Epitalon (2mg) and take it during my first wake up which is usually at midnight. So far this has given me a second bout of extended deep sleep. Which to be honest I never really lacked deep sleep I was getting 2hrs a night. But then I would remain groggy enough to lay in bed and catch tiny bits more rem in the a.m. versus the pounding piston of my heart sending me off into the world at hours most would be surprised to learn there was an a.m. version of.
I’ll update this but all I can say is I feel amazing
