Experimental Epitalon sleep breakthrough

I'm hoping to get to that level of sleep eventually. I'm about 2 1/2 weeks out from having a septoplasty (w/nasal valve repair & Bilateral Turbinate Reduction) for my recent UARS diagnosis... So my nose is still a little blocked and waiting for the long term healing.

My left side had all the heavy hitting done to it so as of right now I could throw the entire peptide sink at it and I'll still have problems till it's healed.

I do have some DSIP that I could try but I'm currently in a an Epitalon cycle myself (500 mcg a night, about an hour before bed).

UARS is awful, I feel for you.

I’m soon to get a septoplasty myself, as I believe it helps make PAP therapy more tolerable. I managed to moderately reduce my own turbinate swelling through Flonase spray, so hopefully I won’t need to pursue turbinate reduction in the future.

I am curious, has epitalon improved daytime sleepiness at all for you? I feel like I’m in a similar boat, and will likely research similar compounds

That sounds rough! I hope you find some relief! Maybe some KLOW can help heal post-op. Good luck on your procedure!

Thank you! The first week was BAD from a recovery aspect... But I was running GLOW and I added KPV now to the mix basically the day after surgery (It's KLOW, right?..)..

That sting from the GLOW tho... (even doing it in the Glute, tho!!)

I had a sleep study done (WatchPatOne)... was surprised to see the 12.9 Rdi's vs a 2.7 AHI... I hope that this was worth it... I had soft tissue work a year prior with a local ENT place (Turbinate Reduction/Sinsuplasty and Swell Body Reduction). This procedure was "Part 2" of procedures... Septoplasty with the Nasal Valve Repair and Bilateral Turbinate Reduction.

Thank you for the kind works, mate!

I was trying to use the Epitalon for just better sleep and less RDI's but it's been "meh" so far.. my left side is still pretty "crusty" from surgery even though I'm released back to work on Tuesday. As the recovery progresses, this crust on the left will eventually dislodge with the Saline rinses (always sexy stuff when you get nasal work done) UARS is weird even though It's broken/fragmented sleep.. my O2 is ROCK SOLID at like 96% so I don't get the normal/classic signs of brain fog/fatigue with Apnea.... I'm thinking about trying DSIP next maybe....

I recon KLOW80 in 3mL BAC and another vial of KPV10 with 3mL BAC. I pin 15 units of each to get 2.5mg GHK, 500mcg TB, 500mcg BPC, 1mg KPV. It doesn't sting or hurt at all during or afterwards. My 1st pin was just KLOW and I got a sore welt that lasted 2 days an hurt like a MF! I almost gave up until I did that mix. I use a 31G 5/16 syringe on my butt. It made a huge difference.

I tried epi but wasn't consistent. I still have half a vial. But what I took with magnesium glycinate worked wonders. I slept through the night and a full 8 to 10 hours. I don't ever recall sleeping that long without it being chopped up.

I did a cycle of Epitalon w/ sermorelin right before sleep. 1mg each for 30 days.

I didnt sleep longer but definitely knocked out pretty good. My dreams were crazy realistic the first week but that eventually stopped.

Since that cycle is done, im moving to HGH and its supposed to help with sleep as well.

The glute is a game changer... but every now and then I get a "son of a b*tch!" and it's like 3 days of just "why does my butt hurt, tho!.." 😭😭

Two 20 day cycles of Epitalon didn't help my sleep but I still cycle it for the anti aging effects. While DSIP doesn't help me to fall asleep faster or help me to sleep longer, it makes me feel more refreshed and rested when I wake up.

I decided to try out Epitalon last night.

I did 1mg about an hour before bed. Here's what I noticed:

  • I was reading before I fall asleep I noticed I was extremely calm. Like in a complete chill state. Not that I'm usually not calm before bed but this was just different.
  • I usually get extremely sleepy as I read in bed. Once my eyes start drooping I put down the book and fall asleep in seconds. Last night I didn't really feel this. I was in this calm flow state as reading but wasn't getting really sleepy. Eventually I forced myself to stop reading and try to fall asleep. It did seem to happen quickly, regardless.
  • I already have pretty intense and vivid dreams most nights, and this was no different.
  • I didn't actually sleep well. I woke up pretty much every hour on the hour. This isn't abnormal for me, maybe once or twice a week I sleep like this.
  • What was interesting though was that every time I woke up I felt like my body and limbs were in an extremely relaxed state. It's like they were getting deep sleep while my brain was a little bit restless. Very strange sensation as I've never felt this before.
  • One thing which may have prevented me getting deep sleep is I felt like my brain was in analytical tracking mode. I know I took the Epitalon and was purposefully thinking and analyzing how it was making me feel all night long.

I'm planning on doing a 10-20 night cycle. Not sure if I want to up it to try 2mg or stick with 1mg for a while first.

I would say I usually have average sleep anyway. I've been on Reta for 5 weeks and my sleep hasn't changed much since then. Maybe slightly better? I've also been on KLOW for about a week and that hasn't seemed to change anything. Last night with Epitalon 1mg it was definitely a different sleep experience for me.
