Dr. Martin Picard discusses the importance of mitochondrial energy for anti-aging, disease prevention, hair greying, motivation/depression, exercise energy, insulin resistance, and general health.
Interestingly, the subject of mitochondria-boosting peptides never comes up, even though many of the mitochondrial problems he discusses would potentially be mitigated by MOTS-c, SS-31, and Humanin.
I'd recommend watching at least the first hour. After that it becomes less scientific and more philosophical.
Other interesting parts of the video:
1:55:10 Supplements
1:57:52 Supplement Urolitin-A (never heard of it until now) and its positive effects on mitochondria (mitophagy)
