I legitimately just learned this recently too! Unfortunately, the amount of pizza I used to inhale was far greater than the amount of fat I could exhale 😂

Yesterday I heard this 🤣
 
Fat is just some hydrogen, carbon and a little bit of oxygen. We are basically chemical factories that take in Oxygen and attach carbon to it to produce CO2 and then we excrete the hydrogen and Oxygen as water. Its a lot more complex than that because we are obviously eating a lot of hydrogen and carbons with little bits of everything else to make it all chemically work but we breath out the bulk of our fat.

interesting because as Im losing, I feel my breathe especially in the night, is different - Bye fat!!! I wont miss ya!
 
Yep, I asked Chat GPT what happens if your house has bad ventilation and you're just exhaling fat particles into the air all day. I don't want to walk into someone else's fat cloud either! Turns out, it's not enough at once to make any sort of difference.
