We are all here for drugs right? And we implicitly agreed that we have no recourses for getting any side effects for injecting god knows what(I dont even fully trust Janosik report honestly)

But then I today walked into my gym and saw this health spa advertisement. Bunch of the injections they offer include research chemicals including retatrutide.

Ethics aside....how can they claim to provide a drug that is not approved anywhere yet?
 
I would like to know this, too! And if it’s at all possible that there are legit US compounding pharmacies making Reta (even tho they aren’t legally supposed to)?

I’ve mentioned this in another thread but I was introduced to Reta specifically through an IG ad that advertised providing a prescription for it backed by a legit compounding pharmacy. Like most telehealth providers I filled out a basic health questionnaire and then had a prescription for Reta at $199 for a months supply.

This was over two months ago and long before I had the knowledge I do now thanks to this place. It appears as legit as any other telegraph provider. I had a legit prescription for something that says it’s not FDA approved. A certified Nurse Practitioner by name tied to that. They shipped me a reconstituted vial, easy touch needles, and alcohol prep pads inside a foam container packed with ice packs. It was shipped via next day air. I mentioned before that this is pretty much what I expect to see in the future once it has FDA approval, but I have no idea how they’re getting around the red tape today.

The pharmacy it came out of was a legit 503b compounding pharmacy based out of Texas. They’re legit script certified for whatever that’s worth. They don’t advertise the drug anywhere on their site. The company I got the Reta from also does not advertise Reta on their site, I’ve only ever seen it on social media ads. Very bizarre.

I’ve since moved to compounding my own stuff at a fraction of the price and I have several years supply worth.

Local med spa near me has Reta monthly for $450. I asked them if they use grey market peptides and they told me the whole 503a compounding pharmacy bs using tested product etc and didn't directly answer my question.

This place seems to always be poppin' so they're making a killing and I'm kind of jealous. Debating opening up a 503a in my garage 🤣 (Kidding whatever Lilly backed fed is reading this forum).

If they're making it, it's absolutely not legal. They can make it because they simply won't get caught.
 
These guys are trying to capitalize on the boom, living la vida loca.

But do we think that the 503 in Texas, for instance, could be actually manufacturing the Reta themselves? Or just buying gray market and reconstituting it? If they make it themselves, I’m wondering if it’s a safer option for Reta, even if it’s more expensive? Yes, it would be illegally made, but perhaps still safer, because it’s done in a 503 lab?

They could buy the raw powder from the same grey market for pennies per mg
 
Empower in Houston is a giant and well known compounding pharmacy, but they definitely don't risk doing anything like investigational sales (note I do think they manufacture investigational drugs, that the real trials use).

This sounds like a well-labeled scam. No legit, licensed pharmacy is compounding and dispensing Reta. But many scammers are using legit prescribers’ and pharmacies’ names and logos to do so…
