I use the Hybrid Calisthenics app and do their bodyweight exercises.

You can do a lot with dumbbells. If you have a fitness app I’d recommend doing full body dumbbell training. The best free app that I use is the Liftosaur app! They have so many free exercise splits and a server on discord for extra help. Add some zone two cardio at least one day a week on your non lifting day…and liftosaur even has a female training split that specializes in firming up those booty muscles if you want to go that route. Good luck, stay focused, and get fit!

Dumbbells are the best, I have 5 to 95's in my home gym. 4 or 5 different kinds assembled over 20 years. But they're heavy and the work.cujet said:
I'm a huge fan of dumbbells. But 10 pounds is nowhere near enough for anybody, unless you are just starting out, severely disabled or extremely elderly. For men, 50 pounders are a minimum and for many fit women 20 to 30 pounders should eventually be in the mix.
We are not talking elite athletes here either. People should work their way up to weights that require significant strength for their physique.

Hmmm… Thankfully I’ll fit in the “just starting out” category since I don’t want fat to equal “severely disabled” or 50 to equal “extremely elderly!”cujet said:

I use Apple Fitness a lot since it is included in the family plus plan it whatever they call it.sonic_boom said:
You might like Apple fitness plus. It’s a lot the classes you’re used to, with no fluff or digging.. the resistance classes use bodyweight and dumbbells.
