If that soda machine is plugged in its basically a 300w heater. Those things use an absurd amount of energy and the condenser coils put out all of that heat into your space.

Same thing goes for mini fridges. Anything thats refrigerated and doesnt have a lot of insulation will run constantly trying to reach temp.

lol. It’s not plugged in. I did think about plugging it in and leaving the door open.

Also what made you start building your home gym? For me I started mine because I worked 14 hours a day six days a week, the closest gym was 30 minutes from me, and I have two children who were in their early teens at the time. I didn’t want to waste even more of my time away from them to exercise. My son and his friends spend a lot of time in there especially during summer break, but the daytime heat is rough and they typically wait till late at night when my wife and I are trying to sleep. lol.
