Yeah and I don't want to, but I'm all over the place. I jumped on this morning for kicks, and went up. Go figure.

Shit, I could buy more of that R140 for what that stuff costs. 🤣 I'll get it nailed down. No telling how much from the higher doses is still in me.

I lived in clearwater for a while, there was a little fish stand that made these chunks of fried grouper. It was the best... I miss it very much.

It's good stuff, but has got crazy price wise. Had some friends from local bar that were over here working on widening the I-75 bridges over the Peace River ( I live 2 miles from the river) from 2 to 3 lanes. They were from Moore Haven, Lake O and Caloosahatchee River area. and crazy. They would go back on weekends and bring me bags of gator tail and gator ribs, no tax stamps. Crazy bastard caught them themselves. Cut that up into nuggets, fry it and enjoy. Fresh is best. The ribs aren't bad either. That was back in 2002 IIRC.

I lived there in 2003.

We had a festival here that I brought my kid and her friend to, they had all sorts of food.

There was a stand selling these fried k-bobs that looked like chicken nuggets on a stick, I bought both the girls one. When they finished they wanted more, so I pointed to the booth which was "gator on a stick".

Needless to say, they were shocked...

But that damn fried gator is good!

Gastrooesophageal reflux is super common from GLP drugs, they delay gastric emptying so the stomach acid sits there for longer and probably in larger volumes at a time, making it more likely to go back up the wrong way, and quite possibly it messes with the way the muscles and control of movement in the stomach works. It is probably better to treat it than leave it untreated if it is causing symptoms, as exposing the oesophagus to acid long term can damage it.

So if it is only a problem above a certain dose, you need to stay below that dose, if that is a practical solution , or treat the reflux with proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole. Not over filling the stomach can help, so not eating too much at once, not drinking fluids at the same time as eating and not eating or drinking much before bed can help, as it is usually worse lying down, or basically the same advice for reducing GI side effects from GLP's.
