So yesterday my first grey order finally arrived and I was SO pleased because Fridays are jab days and last friday i used up my last 2.5mg of first vial that i bought, and I was pretty damn sure that they wouldn’t arrive in time. I ordered a T40 kit and i used the same reconstituting logic as i did at the 10 vial and i tried using 4ml of bac water BUT after i injected 3 and a half ml, the bac wouldn’t go in anymore as it was beyond full. I just calculated that i used 3.5 ml and recalculated the units needed for the 5mg dose and this morning i injected air in the vial not even thinking that after i will take out my dose a bit came out after i took out the needle. I was so pissed. I have no idea how much i lost and I will carry on using the 5mg dose and I guess I will find out later when I will be nearing the end of it. However i hope I will do better next time lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

So what's the issue? If you injected only 3.5ml instead of 4ml you can use a calculator for how much units you need to take:

Where did some come out of, the needle? if it came out of the vial i'd try to see if you can get the peptide out without pushing in air. If it came out of the needle you can read of the needle how much is still in there?

Since tirz comes in 3mL vials, if you need to use more than 2mL BAC for reconning, best to split it into two new vials.

1. Add 2mL BAC to 1 T40 vial.

2. Put 1mL of your recon solution into each of 2 new vials.

3. Add BAC to the new vials to equal your ideal concentration, in this case add 1mL of BAC to each vial.

Reconning with 2ml doesn't seem to bad of an idea for T40 tbf, if he uses 5mg it comes down to pulling 25units on his syringe.

i injected air in the vial

You don't have to do this at all. When you take the needle out, a bit of air is sucked in for a moment, before the healing membrane closes. So you don't produce a serious vaccuum in there.

edit: Of course you should turn the bottle back to membrane up before pulling the needle out.

The tirz came out of the vial, not the needle

Yeah, it's fine, don't worry about it. My first time reconstituting I intended to put I don't know, 2ml in, but instead of doing that I accidentally squirted a random amount of bac over the counter, but most went in the vial so I just guessed that I had 1.6 mL of bac to my 20 mg vial. I lost weight and had no issue moving to my next compound vial, so I presume I was mostly correct in my guesstimate. You'll be fine 😂💪👍

I had that happen with a recon - likely too much pressure (either volume of air or volume of liquid) in the vial. No biggie—just don’t inject air before drawing next time, or stick a vent needle in it to equalize the pressure and let the vent sit for 30-60 seconds.

But yeah, when it happens it’s like “What?!?” 😊
