My weight has made it really difficult to snowboard like I used to.

I am going to be starting a glp-1 in the next couple weeks and hoping next year's snowboarding will be better.

Is there anything you miss doing and did glp-1's help you get back into it?

I missed snarling that a project runner is a fuckin idiot who's just walking around with the next steps of a project in his hand and trying to find any random hole to put it in instead of doing the barest fucking minimum of critical thought as to what they are and who should be tapped to do them, and having one or two dudes (who did agree with me because I'm right, they weren't patronizing me), sit up straight and suck in their gut for reasons we will never, ever acknowledge or discuss or do anything about or maybe even front-of-mind think about why.

I still did note that from time to time when I was much heavier, people have their preferences, but it's more frequent now that I'm not. It's a nice compliment and I missed it. I'm happy to have it back.

So true… Once your body changes, a lot of people suddenly pay more attention, listen more, and treat you differently.

Same person, same thoughts, just a different body.

You don’t really see it until you’ve lived both sides, and then it’s hard not to call it what it is.

I’ve always been a complete disaster at it, skinny or not, so l might actually have an advantage here.

But I’m sure it’ll make a difference for you. Getting that kind of freedom back is huge.

I used to teach it while going to college, a good teacher makes a big difference.

Being able to have enough circulation to walk around outside without absolutely freezing or overheating + the ability to work for 4-5 hours at a time mentally without crashing. I am microdosing at 250mcg/wk.
