he made a comment on how he hated some labs "fearmongering" that 60% of peptides test positive for heavy metals. He said the amount in peptides is so small as a result of you taking so little. It would be different if you were drinking a liter of water.
PPM puts so many thing into perspective.

Not sure what I was expecting with the sterility testing but I was a bit surprised its just some agar plates. You can buy pre sterilised prepared agar plates on amazon for about $1 per 1 and squirting a bit of it in seems easy enough (ideally just sterilised water not BAC). The main issue is clearing the air while you do it but I have now done a few of these tests after watching this video because testing sterility is relatively easy.

The weirdest thing is the tile counters in the labs, but the equipment is top notch!
