International shipping to USA?

My question,is there a way to track my pkg after it gets past customs in the USA? I used 17Track and it showes my Pkg went through Chicago on to Dallas on 5/17 then showes it left Dallas on 5/17 and then nothing new in 11 days now, I have heard USPS is gotten bad but 11 days with no new scans any ideas... Thanks

Which carrier? Unless it is usps. My vendors use the usual main carriers

That is what I don't know who got it from Dallas USPS or one of the other guys. I am going to ask the Rep I ordered it from tonight but I don't know if they would even know.

Usually 17 track will show the carrier used
 
Most of the times, if you don't have a Fedex tracking number, it will be delivered through USPS. lately I'm noticing they don't show every scan and it could be days without an update. you should sign up for USPS Informed Delivery and it will give you an update on packages arriving to you.

Thanks I'll sign up for that and hopefully find it on there.
 
Similar thing happened to me. My package ended up my door with the last scan being customs clearance. Check outside your house or package area. I hope it isn't in a bush or tucked away area unknown.it has happened before.
