Only been using peptides/GLP1s since July 2025. At 5'-8" and 240 lbs, I was the heaviest I have ever been. I was able to try some name brand Terzepitide and got on it from July until January losing 51 lbs down to 186 lbs. Highest dose was 5mg/week for me and what my body needed.

When I hit about 35 lbs lost by November of last year, a new Planet Fitness opened up and I started going 4-5 days a week and have been to this day. I lost a few more lbs, but then started gaining again in muscle. I got back up to 200 lbs a little over a month ago, I knew some of that was muscle, but I also knew my moderation was getting larger again even with all the weight training and cardio I was doing.

Then I was talking to a friend about other Peptides and went down the Reta rabbit hole. I ordered three 10mg vials and stared a low dose of 0.5 mg for 2 weeks, then 1 mg for 2 weeks, and now at 1.5 mgs. I will run this dose for as long as I can without having to go up.

Down 10 lbs already! Already leaner through the mid section again and showing abs!!! I feel amazing on Reta!

But of course now I have some Tesamorelin on the way to help with some of the visceral fat and rest of the belly fat! Peptides a really are a whole rabbit hole. I really wanna try some Klow as well to aid with some nagging injuries from lifting and too many years of coaching baseball and softball 😂.

I must say that Terzepitide and Reta have been life saving for me. As far as physical shape, I'm in better shape at 39 than I was 21 years old.

Had my tests done and year over year from 2025-2026, EVERYTHING is back in the normal, healthy range from Triglycerides, cholesterol, etc... I feel so much better and GLPs have also helped me to eat better and WANT to exercise more due to the progress I see. So much more than with just diet and exercise alone.

What worked best for you except glps?

Well those definitely helped with the appetite reduction and food noise. But seeing the weight come off and actually sticking to a gym plan worked wonders. I go workout for an hour a day for 5 days a week and on some days I go twice and on one of those visits I incorporate some soet of cardio. But I mostly weight train.

Those pics are like night and day! Hell yea man congrats! This gives some of us motivation...the only thing stopping us...is us...

Well done. What a transformation.

I've been looking at tesa, but want to see just how far/long I can go with reta only.

Well done! That's an insane transformation, and more importantly as you said, your health has improved so much. Definitely giving me motivation.

Thank you! I told my wife I didn't want to look like some of these people you look at and be like "yep they are abusing Olympic". I wanted to lose weight in a healthy way. I feel like I've accomplished that. I have no loose skin, I've gotten toner and just overall look healthier.

Another thing I've noticed is getting healthier that my skin is clearer, my libido is way up, and just soal many more things!

Also for those reading, I started at 2.5 mg/week of the Terzepitide for about 2 months, then went to 5 for a couple months. When I hit my goal weight (185) I went back to 2.5 mg for maintenance and then went off of it for a few months before I started Reta as described above

And even though I had used a dose of 5mg of Terzepitide, I knew I couldn't just start high on Reta. I still started at 0.5 mg for 2 weeks, then 1 for 2 weeks and as stated, now at 1.5.

Please do not start too fast on high dosages. I've had zero negative side effects doing this. Remember it's the LOWEST EFFECTIVE DOSE. Not a rece to see that the highest dose you can take to lose 20 lbs in a month, that ain't healthy! It's taken me almost a year to get to this point.

And as you seen, it's NOT just relying on GLP1. I changed my entire diet because of the GLP1, I couldn't handle greasy fried foods, etc.. I also as mentioned hit the gym 4-5 days a week alternating upper and lower body days doing 3 sets of 10 in progressive loading.

Here is a great picture from October where I had lost weight, but had zero muscle tone, it was shortly after this I hit the gym.

You HAVE to workout too. Planet Fitness has also been a life saver in tandem with Terzepitide and Retatrutide

Damn that’s some serious motivation right there. Reading the story’s on here like this is making the decision easier to finally pull the trigger and order some triz.
